What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive an email within 24 hours to answer any questions, go over the specifics of the service, and schedule your cleanup.
All services are prebilled one month in advance and must be prepaid. A credit card is required to be on file to start service. An automatic recurring charge to the card on file will be made on the first day of the billing cycle each month for all of the service visits in that cycle. The billing cycle for new clients will start the day of the initial cleanup. The card on file will be charged on the same day as the initial cleanup and will include charges for one month of service.
For the safety of everyone, we will not enter your yard where a pet is left unattended. Prior to our arrival, you will receive a text notificatin that we are on our way.
We will be there rain or shine. Although, in the event of severe weather (e.g., snow, wind, lightning), you will be notified that service will be postponed to your next service date, where we will scoop double the doody.
You will still receive service for that week, but on a different day than your normal service day. We will notify you in advance which day we’ll be out. Service will resume on your usual service day the following week.
The majority of our clients choose once per week service. Although, no two lawns are alike, we do offer other pet waste management solutions that include one time cleanups.
Lawns must be kept short and free of leaves and debris. If we can’t see it we can’t guarantee it.
Yes, with the proper notice of 24 hours you may pause your service at any time.
