You’ll receive an email within 24 hours to answer any questions, go over the specifics of the service, and schedule your cleanup.

When signing up for service, you will be required to provide a valid credit card to be held on file. This card will be automatically charged each month on your billing cycle date. All services are prepaid and non-refundable.

Weekly Service: After signing up, you will receive an email confirming your estimate and informing you of your initial cleanup date. In order to secure your initial clean up date, the monthly subscription amount must be paid. One day prior, the credit card on file will be charged for one month of service, in advance. Once we have completed your initial clean up service, we will process payment for the cleanup. The initial cleanup is only charged one time, unless service is canceled and restarted. 

One Time Service: After signing up, you will receive an email confirming your estimate and informing you of your cleanup date. One day prior, the credit card on file will be charged for a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve that day. After the one time cleanup has been completed, your card will be charged for any remaining amount.  

We will be there rain or shine. Although, in the event of severe weather (e.g., snow, wind, lightning), you will be notified that service will be postponed to your next service date, where we will scoop double the doody.
